History: He was born in a small mountains village. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Varis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a great chef.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
