Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Carrie took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. During his travels, Carrie and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Carrie discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Carrie fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He uses divination through singing.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and many brigands want him driven away
