Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
