Description: This man is very fat, and wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available he will default to his greatsword. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has green eyes.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but he was a colossal failure. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He is in excellent shape and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His ears are large.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people.

Description: This eastern man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His clothes are grease stained in places. His head has been shaved. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Born to a Mayor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and to unite with his brother
