Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'11". He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sword. He has moderate length black hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. A true patriot, Paelias would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Paelias was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His first spouse was a Server, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Thamior was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
