History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The war was a terrible time for him, and Uthemar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Uthemar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
