History: Rael was born with his mother's beautiful face. A gifted student he started as a Tailor, but he got bored and became a Server. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
