Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Lamlis was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Performer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a laborer and was forced into it by his family
