Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a tattered pair of loose yellow pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
