Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Efferil grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
