Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
