Personality: Varis is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the east to a Fisher, Varis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Fisher like his mother before him.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Nutae has worked very hard to control his curse. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
