History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Caeldrim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Merchant, and he later adopted a second son.
