He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Gennal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gennal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
