Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
