Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Bowyer father left him crippled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to clean up the streets
