Personality: Quarion is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
