Description: An older man who dresses like a well dressed Map Maker does, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 49. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ruler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
