Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barrister for hire.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
