Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. The war was a terrible time for him, and Halimath does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
