Description: He wears professional attire, and carries axes. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Varis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born into a rich family. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and money/treasure
