Personality: Paelias is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Paelias took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. He has taken up work as a Barber and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his kukri, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Efferil isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Efferil does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
