Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aelar grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aelar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Uthemar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
