Description: An older man who prefers to wear flannel, he is not a threatening figure. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He wears an entirely blue suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: Rael wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Rael was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Mindartis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
