Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is renowned for his bright blue suits and hats. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Heian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
