Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
