History: He comes from a rich western family. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 50. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Lucan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lucan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Herbalist. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
