Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Dayereth was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
