History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the east to a Dyer, Carrie learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Carrie was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Carrie's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
