History: Gifted from a young age, Halimath studied abroad. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
