Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Thervan was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thervan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Fivin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
