Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Mindartis and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
