Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Varis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Varis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Description: He wears a green shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
