Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nutae does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He tends to his Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
