Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a Sellsword, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He bought a axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
