Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Uthemar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He found a children's book about a Elf Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
