Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: He wears a tan Stetson hat and tan clothes. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. His eyes are likewise green.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a great chef.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
