Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his halberd with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is cut close to his head. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
Ideals: Joker, Professionalism. Flaws: Insane, Disease. Bonds: Rich. Occupation: Marshal

Description: This late middle aged man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright violet and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems and is in decent physical shape. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his father died while driving off some orcs. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in bastard sword use. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Shy. Bonds: Rich, Attractive, Enemies, Religious. Occupation: Doctor
