Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: Heian speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Butcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
