Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
