Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a yellow feathered hat and yellow clothes. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Efferil was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Navigator. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
