Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Aelar has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He got into the Jeweler business at a young age. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
