Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a tan shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
