History: He was born into a rich family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
