Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Raer isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
