History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Heian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
