Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Mason, but he was a colossal failure. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
