History: He was born in the west. His first spouse was a Miller, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

History: Quarion was born the youngest of three triplets. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has achieved small success as a Detective.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is unsatisfied with his job
