His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He always tries to repair and not replace. Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
