Personality: He is fixated on the number 29. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Efferil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Elf Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
